On behalf of myself and my team, we’d like to thank all our warehousing, transportation, and product supply partners on a superior Year End close.

It is a rare occurrence to have zero cases carry over into the following month as with so many moving parts things can and usually do happen to at least a few orders. However, I am happy to say that this is the second straight month that every order sent to the warehouses and transportation was executed within the period. No pick up or carrier issues, no capacity issues, no supply issues that could delay an order.

As unlikely as it may seem, I double and triple checked everything and the final number was ZERO each time. So a fantastic job to each and every one of you. Thanks to all of you for your efforts throughout out the year as we look forward to a successful FY 2010.

Thank you to all involved at Wheels Group for ensuring that every aspect of these shipments were successful. Sanja, Mary, Steve, and Gina were so helpful in letting me know constantly, whether it was during business hours, on the week-end, or evening, the current status of our shipments, when the drivers arrived, and having the trucks available even when the pick updates were changed.
